i am finding oil on the bottom timing belt cover in the front near the dipstick.. could this be from the valve cover gasket? or any other guesses, ive replaced the camshaft/crankshaft seals.

I heard you could crack an egg and pour it into the oil and it should stop your leak


But seriously... just beat on the VC with a hammer and see if anything leaks out of it. I know you're well versed at that action anyways.
