Default Oil in charge pipe couplers

I'm re locating the oil return line and i noticed oil in the couplers when undoing my charge pipes.

The car doesn't smoke...at least not enough for me to notice while driving, there was no loss of oil in 500 miles either. The charge pipe directly from the turbo has a little oil in it but the rest of the piping is dry. The couplers on the other hand are not.

wipe the inside of your turbo and piping with a white rag and you will see that they are not dry. The wind rushing through them just blows the oil away. the ---- that drips into the couplers can no longer be blown away and collects there.

My ---- looked like that but I think it was leftover from when I blew my motor and sprayed oil everywhere. I'm hoping my turbo's not pushing oil like yours seems to be.

Yeah, you're right, the charge pipes aren't dry, they just looked like they were.

I wonder why my car isn't smoking if it's got that much oil in the charge.

car won't smoke for a while because all that oil collects in your intercooler, once enough gets in there your ---- will smoke
