So I need some Video editing software, smashing skylines all night & in need

so what is some great editing software?
needs to meet criteria
* ease of movement inside program
* not super expensive
* ability to install words, stills, videos ect.
done
smashed some holes in a R33 skyline in town & need to edit Rachels camerawoman footage
