im looking for inserts for my 97 civic with the d16y7 in it i recently turbod the motor and am looking for some inserts.If anyone has any info on this please help

go with innovative mounts if you can afford them. If not you can get the ebay driver side mount and just fill the rest.

 

Prothane and Energy Suspension both make them.

 

Hell yeah. Prothane was only like 36.00 for a set. I filled my inserts with window weld too. I feel like I'm riding in a mack truck with my sohc... The whole car buzzes when the thermostat opens.

Don't think I have ever heard that before in a car.

 

i tried the window weld on my old car. it was stiff but i wanted stiffer. on my next car i filled them all with some 94a liquid poly from grainger for about $30, loved it. my current car is deffanitley gettign the same or at least the 86a.
