Any specs on this turbo?
I checked its out and it said something about and rx-7 but I couldn't find and flow numbers. I also couldn't find the turbo in this configuration anywhere. I would appreciate any help with some info on this one. I think it has a .63 ar hot side.

Here's what I did:
1. Opened the picture
2. Typed HT18S-2S in my favorite search engine (google)
3. Found tons of links

there is an ongoing problem with these turbos where people simply cannot find flow charts for these. this from the rumor mill at rx7club. i have one on my car. its just... not stock.
i suggest sending it out to bnr turbochargers and hell work some good magic on it.
the turbine side has a different housing.
heres bnr's website. call him up.

well..., at around 14 or so psi is the limit. at 10 to 12 psi is what normally people go for, but it pushes a good bit of air.
i have a bnr stage one, so that thing can top out at a good 300 or so wheel hp. this one should give you around 250 whp (or more) if your in an rx7.
it will stand up to allot of heat. so yeah. plus, keep in mind it has a regular already in the center section, so you dont need an oil pressure regulator for it. and another thing, the stock waste gate spring is at 5 psi.

Yeh I have mated The RX7 series 5 Turbo with the T3 from Skyline gtst. Perfect combo and makes for a cheap high flow turbo
T3 frontside compressor and the rx7 turbo exhaust wheel. Open downpipe sex

I just measured the Inducer and Exducer.
In-1.6825in or 42.7mm and Ex-2.4820 or 63mm
What would this compare to? Any HP numbers out of this with the .63 ar exhaust side?
Thanks guys.

Looks like the turbo from the 12A turbo rotary. Rather a rare item. Either that or it's a regular S4 RX-7 HT-18 onto which someone has slapped a turbine housing that looks remarkably like the housing from the 12A turbo.
For a small displacement piston engine it's a good turbo. But it's much too small for any rotary (including the 12A). For rotary stuff don't even think of running a hotside smaller then .90. Anything with "T3" in the name is also generally too small for the rotary.
