Hi there ..... recently i came across a 1988 crx with a turbocharged d16a6 engine running 6-7psi using zdyne management system.....i was wondering is it worth buynig it....the owner is selling it to me at around 3300 ......everyone pls advise thanks..

 

Pics? Condition? Turbo Setup? A good turbo setup would be about $1,000, Zdyne is about $1,000, and a CRX in good condition is about $1,000 so it looks like an okay deal to me. I am just guessing on prices since I know nothing about the car. I would still try to get it a little cheaper though.

 

its using a t-25.......its actually randy's crx....... there is this gary and randy's twin turbo crxs ....so im wondering if it is worth the price....the car is in fair condition..little rust with ding spots here and there.....

 

if the turbo isn't leaking oil and the car doesn't smoke or make weird noises I would buy it.

Since when.. most privately sold crx's with a price tag of a 1000 are not in what I would consider "good" condition.

along ago there was a argument on who thought to use the hf manifold first and then who made the first adapter plate. I know nothing about the car.
