Will a y8 solenoid work with a y8?

I have a y8 in my crx that looks pretty beat.but I have a picked over z6 engine that I grabbed at my work with low miles on it from a crashed car so it's most likely in pretty good shape, Someone got to it before me and took the solenoid and the valve cover. I'm just wondering if the y8 parts can be used on the z6.
