Purge Cut Solenoid.... boost solenoid?

Purge Cut Solenoid.... boost solenoid?
I want to give credit to this idea to Xenocron... I swear I saw him mention it somewhere But by design the purge cut seems to be a simple bypass solenoid... signal wire to ecu(ecu grounds it) and 12v source. It has 3 ports.. so you can run say a.... stock wastegate to the solenoid...and to the other fitting T in a boost controller. So if you wanted to run it switched... you could have a "scramble" button or whatever those bling bling boost units call it.
My other thought/idea on this... for example.. the 88-95 civics (not sure 96+, don't own one) have the purge cut wired upto the ecu and ready to go.... What would it take for something like Turboedit to just control that pinout? a6 on the pm6 pinouts if i remember right... wouldn't it be interesting to have dual stage boost control built into the ecu? And a switch could be wired inline with the ecu and have manual control also.
Anyways... im going to start fiddling with my spare purge cut, seeing if i can get it to open/close on command and function as a true solenoid. The code/turboedit stuff is beyond me though

Feel free to read through that for some ideas...I dont think it was me that posted about this
...but i'll take any kind of free credit

Heh, i know i saw you mention AC clutch relay for vtec activation... ima try to use that to my advantage. Coulda sworn I saw you mention purge cut usage also... might have been someone else though.
That thread you put up is more of ebc ie: controller... i'm not thinking quite so advanced. Something as simple as a dual stage boost control. ie: switches from low-high by ecu control or manual control.

Its times like these I wish i could still remember my programming stuff. I'd love to make a plugin for TE that works like the uberdata nitrous script (rpm/tps etc based) even include the ability to choose which output to work off of.
I mean... i could sorta use the vtec activation... but I need that for vtec .
