ok so i pulled the spark plug wires out and on one of them there was black dusty charcoal looking powder all over it. the spark plug was also a lil lose could this be from carbon build up. coming out form the spark plug hole ? the same ---- was on the spark plug ends.

 

if the spark plug wasent tight, then its probably just exhaust blowing past the plug. tighten it up and call it a day.
