Yeah it fits. You just have to grind a little bit off the block. That's free and you can get a DSM manifold for cheap. I have one you can buy for $25+shipping with no cracks. You can get an adapter plate for any turbo you want to run or just run a 14b-20G or one of those Garretts with hotsides made for a DSM.

well the F22/H23 have a different exhaust manifold so try it out but here is the info I came up with
F22a - fits
f22b - nope
h22- nope
h23 - fits
b20a3 - nope
