Car is nearly finished, Start's and idle's fine, but the second you hit the gas it bogs. First thought in my mind was timing, but supposedly these suckers (obd2) time themselve's electronically. Any input?

 

You manual CAM/CRANK timing is off by more than one tooth.
You try looking at the crank under a digital timing light so see where it actualls is corresponding to the #1 cylinder spark

 

Already tried that, there is no mark on the flywheel. Swapped out the plugs for different plugs and it helped quite a bit. But Still bogs a bit. Any idea's? Certain sensors or what not that could be be bad?

 

There are marks you just have to look closely through the eye that's built into the block. You should be somewhere between 15-16's advance

 

Yes.. I realize this, I stared at it for nearly 20 minutes with a timing light. Nothin.

 

Did you try adjusting the distributor to look for the marks? If you're using a stock flywheel and still can't see them after adjusting the distributor both ways, then your physical cam timing is off.

If you're ignition timing is close or dead on, then you might have an igniter problem, since you said that new spark plugs helped out.

Is your firing order correct?

 

On your cams make sure the two arrows are pointing up and the two inner dots are even with eachother then shine a light through the opening till you see the markings on the flywheel center in the eye. Install timing belt. Check with a light again DIGITAL ONE to be safe. I had the same issue but my stuff is off a ---- hair anyways from the decking and milling of the head. just had to add 2's intake cam advance and 2' exhaust retard
