few wiring questions

ok i have 2 questions
i have a 91 honda civic swapping to obd1
1. what colors are the 2 wires that go to the iacv. i have 2 plugs left that can both fit on and im not sure which one it is
2. there is a fuse box in the passanger strut tower side.. well there is 2 slots that u hook a ground and the other one comes from the battery if i remember correctly. which one goes where i disconnected both and now im confused lol
