What would you do? My lungs felt really weird last night like there was lead in the top portion of them, and I couldn't take a full deep breathe. Woke up this morning and it was still the same, and now when I cough I get chunks of yellowish ---- coming out of my lungs and they've got blood all over them. Hospital time? I feel fine otherwise. I have insurance but I hate going to the hospital, that ---- sucks.

 

uh that would be the smart thing to do..i kind of hack ---- up everynow and then too but im a semi heavy smoker

 

I'm the same way Marcus, although I cut down my smoking a lot the past 2-3 years. It was weird though, I felt fine all day yesterday until I got home.

 

Deff go to hospital. Blood + lungs = Bad JuJu.

around any kind of chemicals at work or were you working on something in the garage? some times i will just wake up in the morning and cough some weird ---- if i was around dust and ---- from the jackhammer the day before.. if it felt like lead maybe the solder smoke is finally getting to you

 

fact: hospitals cannot refuse treatment

fact: it is not a crime to change your name at any time

fact: you can change your name for the purpose of getting treated for free.

the con side to that is you cant get the perscribed pain killers

 

first quit smoking, then go to the hospital.

 

That's what I really want to work on. I've quit 3 or 4 times before for a while, usually around 6 months or so, but then I get sucked back in. All my friend's smoke, my fiance' smokes, my co-workers, etc.
I'm not coughing up a lot of blood, just phlegm that has spots of it through it. I could be getting something like bronchitis, but I'd rather know for sure. I'm going to give it a few hours at least and see what happens.
