short story: brother of a friend of mine has been a smoker for a good 10 years, got sick one day coughing up blood. Went to ER and discovered he has final stage lung cancer. IT could have been better if he does not know about it, once he knew, he got really really sick within the week and went brain dead and into a coma. Before he pass out he told his sister no matter what the ---- happened, pull the plug if he went brain dead. Needless to say what the outcome is ...
