Any one else ever had that ---- prescribed to them? My cardiologist pescribed me some .25mg pills and I took it for 2 weeks. So I quit it cold turky late last week and now I have the gitters, I cant sleep, and have rare but strong muscle spazams. I was told I needed to ween my self off of it and I didnt belive it since its only a quarter ------- miligram!

I dont want to get back on it but I'm ------- thinking about popping a pill to feel better gain . I never thought I would be dependant on any type of medication....but dam that pill made me feel good.....I feel like Smokey in the pigeon coop right now

well then there must be a reason why your on it of course......... you have an anxiety disorder or something? my gf is on some pills that she only takes when she gets really stressed out from work(which is her source of stress and anxiety), but she popped one the other day and she was like high as hell it seemed like to me ---- just go and get yourself some weed. weed solves all the worlds problems.......as long as a convenient store is accessible and open 24/7/365.

 

I was put on it because I get crazy Premature Ventricular Contractions which Cardiologists know very little about. I stopped taking it because the Cardilogist told me that it would hold me over till I saw an MD and he would give me what I really need for my "stress dissorder"(which is what he belives is causing the PVCs). The funny thing is that I dont feel or have felt stressed! I have an appointment with my MD tomorrow. We'll see what good ---- he prescribes me then

As far as weed goes, I dont want to have to explain to my 6 year old son why daddy ended up in jail for buying illigal drugs

 

I had some xanax a couple weeks ago. ---- just made me tired.

 

Its supposed to relax you so thats why you felt tired. In large doses it causes "hallucinations and dimentia". Of course I found all this ---- out after I was on it because I Googled it


I have like 60 pills left. I should try and get a hold of Lyndsey Lohan and see if she wants to buy them off of me :P :P

Its for stress disorders, anxiety problems, panic attacks, etc. I have been seasonally prescribed it and similar ---- for years. Medicine expenses own me, I stopped buying almost all of my regularly prescribed pills a few years back in high school.

 

No ----! I'm in the same boat. It seems like I hit 30 and the wall at the same time.

 

Quitting cold turkey can kill you. Probably not with a 1/4mg but in large doses the withdraw can kill. Xanax and alcohol are the only drugs that can kill from withdraw. Ask your doctor to prescribe you some klonapin (sp?). Its weaker and should work well to ween off the xanax.
