my guess would be a rich wastegate dump + hot *** manifold.

Watch the collector bolt closest to the camera. that looks like its fire shooting from the flange to me.

I guess that because it was blue i thought it was electricity. I originally thought the manifold cracked

That's my guess too. It's definately flame, not spark.
