Default Help w/ Adding a valve to an Al. Radiator

Yo,
So I got one of those nice 2" thick Civic radiators from Infinite Auto to use on my AE92 project (because of space constraints). I am mounting the radiator on its side, because thats the only way it will fit, and so I will need to add a valve to each end tank in order to bleed it properly. What is the easiest way to add a valve to an aluminum end tank like this? The only way I could think of was to use a threaded peace of aluminum (like a nut), have it welded on and have a valve thread into that, but where would I find a threaded peace of aluminum like that?
Or would it be safe to use JB weld on something like this
Any other ideas?

Thanks

Wouldn't be homemadeturbo without JBweld. Now do it!

Get two of them and just have a rad shop or a welder quickly tack them on for you. They come in bigger thread sizes as well in NPT and AN.
