low cam and high cam

Default low cam and high cam

when i use crome to make a chip for my ecu

what is the defferance between the high cam and low cam ? and as it the same meaninig as the low throttel and high throttel ?

Low cam refers to the primary lobe (out of vtec) and high cam refers to the vtec lobe.
