A friend of mine has a civic ex 02, he was racing and he miss shift from 3rd to 2nd trying to put 4th!!! over rev and later the car dont start anymore. when you put the ignition on the chek engine light come on and blink 5 times then shut off!! what that mines? anyone. thanks

you know what would have made him giggle is if he missed that shift and heard a loud clunk....nothing like a rod going through the oil pan
