Default un-even stiffness on KYB shocks

Bought a set of kyb gr2s on ebay for the civic, I was inspecting the parts earlier and notice how the right front is a LOT stiffer then the left front and i don`t recall anything like that on all the shocks(including the same kind) that i`ve done before. think i might run into problems if i install them as is?

I am running GR2's and haven't had great luck with them. Like you said they don't all feel the same and one of the rears is blown and they all seem to be aging differently. Next time I upgrade suspension I'm getting a full coilover system.
