I made a 300$ purchase from a well know, albeit not terribly reputable company. They do a lot of business, have been good to me before, but have horrid customer service. I made a purchase one month ago and it was never shipped. They do not repsond to emails or phone calls. Is there anything I can do? I dodnt see any info on the chase website, I looked for a while. This is really not good for a variety of reasons.

 

Call the 800 number on the back and try to file a dispute.

 

you could call your bank and dispute the charge, or you can get ahold of the company and have them put the money back on your account.
