as the title says im looking for f22b1 sohc vtec not looking to spend a ton of money but wanna pick one up so if anyone knos of a place to get one or can make one let me kno

 

buy welder, and flanges/pipe. you now have a mani

 

LSD can make you one. But make sure you tell them exactly what your setup is. What turbo, internal or external wg, what side u want the downpipe to be on (dont think u have a choice there) whether u plan to use a half sized radiator, whether or not you're going to keep the front motor mount, and also wheter or not you want to have to drill out the holes everytime you bolt the manifold up and pull it off...
Other than that you should have a good experience.

 

you can cheaply convert a dsm mani with a few new holes drilled into it. or for a nice log mani, www.spoolinperformance.net
