Default Boost Leak?

well i was boosting 12 psi but the wastegate can not hold that 12 psi it keeps on dropping. i have a electronic boost controller. I think maybe the valve is bad or the tial wastegate is bad? I doubt its a boost leak?

Run the WG only. If it still drops boost, then you probably have a boost leak.

yeah a SiR wannabe. haha. no actually this one is on my 97 NA Supra. A T04e turbo. When just running just the wg it holds a steady 9 psi. but when routed to the electronic boost controller it would hit 12 psi but slowly drops back down to 9 psi and holds it there steady. bad boost controller?
