well i pit a brand new obx intake on my civic and it started to surge really badd it did not surge at all with the stock intake on it hel me out this is anouing and it eats gas

 

the intake manifold gasket may be bad and leaking. check wirings, vac lines. make sure everything is hooked up properly. if it aint doing it before and when you added the OBX intake manifold then it must be something you miss.

have you tried hooking a vacuum gauge up to it?

do that and see what it reads

 

If everything is hooked up properly, try resetting the computer then start the car again.
