You can easily host a picture on imageshack or another service and there will be no incriminating "goatse" or "tubgirl" in the link. goatse here would get you a quick ban though.

The bill is mostly dealing with child **** and corrupting minors the simple solution is to just say "You must be 18 or over to view HMT" which in intself would help eliminate alot of problems with the ****** noob HMT members.
However you can see the republican undertones of trying to censor the internet which is wrong.
