You can easily host a picture on imageshack or another service and there will be no incriminating "goatse" or "tubgirl" in the link. goatse here would get you a quick ban though.

The bill is mostly dealing with child porn and corrupting minors the simple solution is to just say "You must be 18 or over to view HMT" which in intself would help eliminate alot of problems with the faggot noob HMT members.

However you can see the republican undertones of trying to censor the internet which is wrong.
