I did the obd0 to obd1 swap in my 91 std the gheto/cheep way by just splicing the wires together and now whenever I hit the breaks the door warning buzzer and light goes off What the hell did I cross to get this ---- to happen? Oh and my Brake lights dont work i had no idea they where run by the ecu

 

What exactly did this consist of?

 

Basicly choping off the obd0 plugs and soldering on the obd1 ones.

yep b7/z6 z6 im and ex runing on a stock p06 right now. Wating on funds to order a vtec and chiping kit. Car runs ok right now, I still need to get a y* cam gear to fix the timing issue. The only cel's I am geting are for iat (I mixed the iacv and iat plugs melting it) and o2 (still need to wire in heater). Oh and automatic lockup I havent toutched the ecu yet waiting to do it all at once. If nobody knows exactly what I might have done I will just go over everything again.

 

For anyone that cares there was nothing wrong with my wiring the damn fuse was blown I gess I checked the wrong one when I checked it.
