Default Close ups on Welds, Just for you Hotrex

Here are some pictures of a set up just built. This is going to be for a 2000 si aiming for 300whp. Got more pictures saved, but here are the money shots. The Filter might have to be trimmed just a tiny bit
Enjoy

Master Power T3/T4 Turbo

LSD A/C Ramhorn Manifold, 2.5" Downpipe, Dumptube Vented

Enough Intake piping to plumb the great wall of China

Platinum Lip on the filter

Couple shots of a log for a customer

whats up with the collector you got going there? YOu just ram those into a bigger piece of piping SSauto style? NOt really feeling it and how much do you charge for something like that?

Its an A/C compatible Version, Things are a bit tighter as the manifold is shifted to the left of the motor. When you cut the elbows shorter, they will look tighter.

Well, the main reason you see the box section is for full flow, If you look at it in person you will see how nice it lines up with the collector and then the turbo flange. It is not SS style at all as it is much thicker wall tubing. Charge varies on a lot of things, size, material, A/c or not, stainless or mild etc. This set up was around $2500 but he purchased everything from us to build his kit.

Looks good to me, something I want to do soon as well. Is he using stock fans? Where that wastegate is placed it's got to be tight as anything.
