I visited the APEXi site and the instruction they have does not cover the SAFC USDM wiring, specifically D16Y7. Does anybody know where I can find this diagram? Thanks

 

You should be able to use the OBD2a wireing for a B16 or even a D16Y8, it all the same except for the IACV inwhich you wont use. you also dont have a knock sensor on that motor. other than that its mostly the same.

 

True, but you have to keep in mind that the OBD2 wiring/harness are different from 96-98 and 99-00.
