need 2 know how to set up timing belt properly 4 fresh motor (1998 h22) that i put in my hatch last week. need info on how the arrows on the cam gears should be pointing...up,down,left,right...and the correct timing on the distributor,4 example cyl.1,next cyl. any tech info appreciated, trying to get car started, wanna hit the track...

 

You don't the ECU does the distributor on an H22A4 si not slotted so just bolt it on. You can check the timing via the reffernce hole in the block, there is a mark on the flywheel.
