Default homemade solid mounts?

i was thinking about the article where the devcon liquid aluminum was used to fill the block, and wondering to myself, why couldn't you use that to make some homemade solid mounts? anybody see a reason this wouldn't work?

SOLID being the key word. i have homemade poly mounts but i think solid would do better for less flexing, and i'm on a budget so hasport/equivalent mounts are out of the question.

solid mounts are horrible idea ... do to vibration .. horrible horrible wheel hop and more than likely breaking axles on a daily biasis

i would worry about that too, but whats the purpose of block guards- to keep the sleeves stable at 7000 rpm with 15psi being crammed into them

it'd be a good test
