Without trying it, I'm going to say no.
The DA seats fit into ED chassis, kinda. I believe the outer rail is the same, but the inner rail needs to be modified... it takes a minute, and you have to tack weld the rail from the ED seat in place, but you can make them bolt into those chassis. As for EJ? I'm doubting it... you *can* make them fit, just not bolt in.
