ok, so i am on a budget, becuase i am most likely picking up a turbo kit and going hmt style. anyway, i know these are not the best coilovers, but i need to know which ones suck *** the least. The car will not be my daily driver so i dont need to worry about bottoming out and having a shitty ride. Its mostly just for show and a lil better handleing at the track. Which ones should i pickup. thanks

keep in mind, i am buying these more for looks. I like the wheels in hatches tucked. If its ricer i dont care.

There is nothing wrong about being cheap on some things but suspention don't be a tight ***.

 

With as low as he is gonna set them the rate is going to be set on ricer

 

Springs are one of those things that I find hard to believe that there is all that much difference (manufact. wise), but I just could never rock springs that cost $13 shipped brand new.

 

most every kit you buy even GC's come with a 450 front set 350 rear set. the only difference is the more expensive ones when you order you can ask for a different spring rate and not pay extra. you also get nicer warentees.

just going for the look man, everyones got a lil ricer in them. and i just dont like stock ride height and would rather spend the money on speed. They all pretty much the same then?

 

with my CDM experience

bomz works really good for what it is. it has 450 in the front and 350 in the back, but then you will need some good shocks to work with it, at least some AGX, not even the the HP shocks will hold up.

The best one would be some tom-motorsport coilovers , those are exact copies of the ground control works like a champ but again u will need some good shocks such as agx to work with it.

if you are planning to stay with ur good-OLD stock shocks, just forget about it because it will ride and drive like a PIECE OF ----.
