ok im fixing all the body work on my rex and when i was taking the rear q window out on the pass side it busted. that was ok because i had a spear rex, i busted that one 2. now i said ---- it im gonna go with lex and some nice SS rivits.

im thinking 1/4" for the rear q window? think it will bend nice to fit.

but if im doing them i might as well do the hatch, what thickness should i use?
ps, I have 2 hardcore 18"s in the back so i dont think the 1/4 would br good because of it bending from the bass so what thickness would be good for lighter weight but still kinda strong.

unless u think the 1/4 wouldnt flop to much?

 

dont do the hatch if its your daily driver

 

not daily drive just my bitch for weekends and ----, cant afford insuarnce on the rex and the civic for the whole year.

plus i am gonna tint the lex to hide the system a bit

 

Store it indoors. I have heard that lexan has problems with discoloration in teh sun. It also has glare issues.

Just trash bag it until you can afford a cheap piece of glass.
