Default 90 civic hatch si t-25 Help Please

Ok im new to the forum but not to hmt ive been reading and coming here almost everyday for the past 2 years.
any way i have a 1990 civic hatch si and i just installed a t-25 on it.
setup

Stock D16A6
t-25
OBX manifold with a t-3 to t-25 adapter plate and gaskets between them (i know the obx sucks already broke a support)
dsm o2 housing with out any downpipe
Walbo 255lph pump
vortech 12:1 FMU
Adjustable FPR
Probe front mount
Random piping
no BOV
Stock injectors and stock computer
boost guage
iridium plugs

thats pretty much it
im running 10 psi on stock wastegate and im guessing because there is no backpressure since t-25 is supposed to be 8
my engine has 160,000 miles on it but good equal compression
my engine burned a little bit of oil before and the turbo i have blows some more into it because the seals are bad the guy i bought it from said it was just rebuilt but i don't think it was but there was no shaft play what so ever.
anyway i ran a 15.7 at 87mph in the 1/4 and i cant figure out why it doesnt have the power it should
it breaks up mid way through second and then feels good between 4-6500 rpm's
then in third it doesnt feel like it is pulling that hard at all im confused on what my problems are i know that i need to get a missing link for the CEL but that shouldnt make it that bad i dont think and another thing is the oil burning and i dont know if that is somthing that will cause a big power loss or not. If you guys have any ideas please help Thanx

Perhaps a better fuel management with a decent tune would get you the extra power, a bigger turbo wouldn't be a bad investment either.

t-25 is small but that isn't your problem. Your fmu with nothing for the map and timing is bad. You would be better to chip your ecu and run a basemap for now.
