Default sudden lost of power and torque....(HELP ???)

I currently own a 91 integra 5sp for a couple of months now and just last week while driving home from work I feel a sudden lost of power. Before the lost of power I thought I heard a thump sound.

Here's a list of symtoms:

- car idles fine until fan comes on and then the rpm will drop very low (sometimes it'll even shut off the engine)
- car also idles too low when AC is turn on, too (sometimes it'l even shut off the engine)
- car doesn't respond as quickly as it use to when accelerating (it seems like there's a 1-2 sec lag time while accelerating)

Here's what I've done/check:

- car idels @ 800 rpm (normal driving temp)
- check and adjust timing as needed....ok
- check tranny fluid and refill ....ok
- check oil level and radiator fluid......ok (no oil/water mixed)
- readjust my idle and also tried another known working EAVC
- did a compression test.......got a (P1 (155 PSI), P2 (spark plug is stripped and can't take it out), P3 (185 PSI), and P4 (195 PSI)
- clean TB

When I first bought the car the compression was the same as above and it drove fine.

I'm sorry for the long post. Just want to provide as much detail as possible. If anyone of you have experience this issue or know of someone that had and had gotten it fixed, please HELP.......

155 in one hole and 195 in another? Check a manual. That thing is junk. Have you tuned it up lately? Maybe that 2nd cylinder is fucked.

The cylinder with the stuck plug is most likely the problem, Ill almost promise damage hence the thump sound. 155 is low but not to the point hat it will cause those kind of problems. If its not a daily driver car I would pull the head and get the plug removed re thread. Cant play the guessing game in mechanics.

Pull the head and check for damage.
