Default VW Head Flanges

We might havean in with a local guy who Turbos some VW Jettas about 30min from me. My buddies/business partner's sister know him. He's sick of paying shipping for a lot of his parts so we where thinking of making him his manifolds and DPs. It would be about 2-3 a month.

Any I dea where you can't get VW Head Flanges. I believe they would be 2.0l 8v.

Edit: Just found the 16v on t3flange.com

Cool thanks. I'll look into that. I have a company that will laser cut them for a real good price, just I need a significant amount. I want 2-3 to trial and error on for this guy to know what our work is like.

2.0 8v flanges arnt much of a flange. 4 individual flanges. it helps to have a head to use as a template. crossflow heads are really cheep though.

I'm all over the intakes... I have to make one for my 20v here soon and a couple 16v versions as well.

For 8v exhaust flanges... yeah, good luck with that one. Cast manifolds are cheap enough most people haven't bothered to make them. You can try Dave at Davesport.com since he's an oldschool VW guy. I'm working on getting a few popped out for some special order stuff. Crazy customers paying for custom manifolds so they can use cheap junkyard turbos :1
