OBD0 injectors on obd1 setup?

OBD0 injectors on obd1 setup?
Well, i looked at my closet full of car parts and realized i have no stock obd1 injectors. So, i threw a set of OBD0 injectors on my B18A1, which is in a 93 civic hatch. All I need to do is run a resistor box to make them work properly, right?
