Default Econotig on 30 amp breaker?

Is it possible to run an econotig on a 30 amp breaker?
I dont need much more that 100amps output...

Sorry he has a Max Star 150 which is an inverter. The Econo is not. sorry for the mix up.

Now i have to buy a new box and a new wire from my house to the pole.
Any way around this?
can i combine 2 breakers together like the stove and dryer and have a switch to turn them on and off?
On being welder only, off being dryer stove.

More money down the drain...and all this for aluminum
