SpeedTV (formerly Speedvision) petition to increase broadcast of non-NASCAR rela

short version is that speedtv is not going to brodcast non nascar events
speedtv was the only ones showing them
no televised events = no veiwers seeing the sponsors = no more sponsors = no more non nascar motorsports
