oil restrictors

Default oil restrictors

helo guys,
I wold like to know if you are running oil restrictors with yore turbo.
I'm using an3 oil line to the turbo (ihi rhf5) and wont your feedback .
my oil press (civic: ZC SOHC VTEC) is around 82 psi cold and 25+ psi warm at idle .

I dont run them, but I know alot of people that do.

i don`t think u need one if everything is setup correctly.
Never seen an oil pressure restrictor/regulator on oem setups.

The setup is Ok , the problem is the high oil presser at cold engine .
without the restrictors the engine smoke ! and be caused a damage to the turbo .
