STI's are fast stock, it takes alot of engine work and money to get a honda to do the same, the end.

if he put money in to his STI, it would probably walk on any civic you've driven.

He will have you off the line no matter what...the beauty of all-wheel drive. And once he has you from the line, you're pretty much done from there. I don't know exactly what he might have done to his car, if anything 'cause i just don't go on d-series, but i'm willing to bet that even your built b-series isn't breaking the 200hp mark just yet. If it's one of the newer STI's, i think his 300hp and all-wheel drive would own you, even if you do weigh in less.

 

think about the cost of the cars
