Timing and spark plugs

I have a stock z6 with a tdo5h turbo boosting 7 lbs. What should the spark plug and timing be?

plugs at 28-30 , base timing should be 16 degrees

what are you running for management? Some people chose to go one step colder than stock to be on the safe side....

Set your plug gap to .32 - .36, use one or two step colder plugs.

Set base timing to whatever Honda recommends...usually 16 BTDC on the distributor at idle after fully warm.
