Default Where do I get my ECU Chipped for ROM at?

Hey guys, I am new to the whole EMU thing. I was told by Peter at Rywire that TURBOEDIT is a great program, and best of all it is free. Well, I have a OBD0 B16a setup. My ECU is chipped with a Mugen chip. I beleive it redlines at 10,000 and has knock sensor disabled. Where do I send my ECU to to get it Chipped or w/e so it can use this program, also, how do you connect the computer to the ECU, do they supply you with a plug? Sorry for the stupid questions, I just really want to learn all about this stuff.

Go to www.pgmfi.org and read in the Library/Wiki. It will tell you what you want to know.
