which ecu should i use

i am turboing my 91 accord and plan on using crome i heard that the accords ecu is not compatable with crome so i am wondering which ecu i should use someone said i can use a chipped p06 or a chipped p28

Either or, they'll both work fine. The only difference is that the P28 can control vtec.
