Default Acura starter issues

I have a 93 integra that I am having some problems with it not starting all the time. There is a clicking noise only when I try to start it worse when it is cold. I heard somewhere that you can rebuild the starter using toyota rebuild kit that Honda doesn't offer for some reason. If anyone has done this or knows what I'm talking about could ya let me know please.
I tried finding something on it but our computers at work have a filter and time limit on them so I couldn't find anything.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Do you have something relevant to say to the question?
