i just picked up two calipers from the junkyard, but one is loose

Default i just picked up two calipers from the junkyard, but one is loose
I just picked up two front calipers for a 97 teg, one of them is easy to open and the other is very tight. why are they acting so differently? is one broken?

have you tried screwing the piston in or out at all?

it just needed greese, its cool now.
