Can someone with a ls-turbo running a vafc give me their vafc settings so I have a starting point to tune my car for now.(And no flaming on the AFC its on for a couple of weeks

 

How many pounds you boosting, what turbo?

I had a 97 civic ex boosted on 9psi with the timing retarded 2 degrees on DSM 450s:

Narrow and Wide throttle

LVT HVT

2.5k) -41 5.5k) -37
3K) -41 6k) -37
3.5K) -41 6.5k) -36

Car select cyl: 04

Throttle: arrow pointing up and to the right

Dont skrew with the Vtec if you have it

 

Blast from the past....

You're better off setting it at -35 across and going from there. Nobody is going to have a "perfect setting" on an AFC, especially from their car to yours.

Thanks alot wojo!! I know no one is going to give me a perfect setting but it will help out to have a starting base. My setup is 91 civic, b18a1, 10 psi t3/t4, on dsm 450's, timming retarded 3 degrees.. wojo any 1/4 times or dyno #'s

 

Yea thats what I am going to do, Just richen up every rpm by like 5 and go from there cause I have a lm1 so I should be cool

the afc settings vary due to engine and injector size and boost and tons of other variables... you need to tune it to your engine, preferrably with a wideband

 

I said I have a wideband so it will get a somewhat good tune for now. I will be taking the car up to xenocron to get chipped and get a tune(how much $$$ xenocron).right after christmas.
