I think you are going to need more info as I dought anyone is going to know what turbo came on a Peugot since they dont sell them in North America.The Merkur xr4ti I believe is the 2.3 Ford turbo and should have a T3 .60 .63 but i could be wrong there.What is this going on?

that is all the info i can give you. 
that really sucks. the one on the merkur is suppoposeed to be sold. but maybe i can get it maybe that guy wont come.

I am using a turbo from a Ford Merkur XR4TI with A/R .48/.60. It works very well on my D16Z6. Some have an A/R .63/.60. If you can get anyone in very good condition, TAKE IT. 
Depending on which one you get, you'll be able to get 200-300+whp.
I don't know anything about the Peugeot turbo. Try "Google" and see if you find any specs or a Peugeot forum. Good luck.
