Default 10inches of vacuum and running rich

My idle used to surge at 16 inches of vacuum. I started hose clamping all of my vacuum lines and my idle steadied, but it's running so rich that I get 100 miles per tank of gas and I only run 4-5psi. I thought that it might be the pvc valve, but I just replaced it and I still have 10 inches of vacuum and runiing rich

Does anyone have any suggestions before I go to the dealer.

Give us the 'long' list of your entire setup. Any check engine lights? (whats the code)

Are you running a FMU? It sounds like your vac line for the FPR came off or something??

how much does it surge? you need to test the hoses cuz it can be very hard to see a crack. those vacuum pump testers are kinda pricey at 40+. maybe you can apply pressure and dip em in water to check for bubbles. or just replace em all.

I'm going to check Dr. Boost's theory regarding the fuel pressure unit.

I get a cel, but if I get my car warmed up a little and I restart my car, the cel goes away.
If I start my car and give it a little rev or two the cel usually doesn't come on. I have yet to see what code I am getting. Like Jeff said, we need to isolate the problem. So far it's been a month of isolation-it makes me feel like I got caught with a joint inside of my toilet paper.
Those Stupid Ugly Vehicles still laugh at me, because even though I blow their 5-7 doors off, they still think I blew up my car trying to do it.
